What EPC Rating Do I Need for the Warm Homes Grant?
Current Government guidance suggests that homes applying for the Warm Homes Grant will usually need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D, E, F or G.
An EPC shows how energy efficient your home is and gives your property a rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).
Other eligibility requirements may also apply, including:
- Household income.
- Qualifying benefits.
- Eligible postcode areas.
If you do not know your EPC rating, Lifetime Savings Ltd can help you understand why it matters and how it may affect your options.
