We are beyond thrilled and incredibly proud to celebrate Chloe Fairfull, Systems & Operations Lead at Lifetime Savings Ltd, who has been named a finalist in the prestigious Women Who Achieve Awards 2026. This recognition reflects not only her professional excellence, but also her determination, resilience, and the positive influence she brings to everyone around her.

Since joining Lifetime Savings Ltd in 2022, Chloe has played a central role in building the company’s operational and technology infrastructure. She designed and implemented a bespoke AI-integrated CRM and quality management system that now supports hundreds of processes across compliance, reporting, and customer communication. Her work has enabled the business to expand nationally while maintaining strong standards of service, accuracy, and transparency for households navigating complex funding schemes.

Chloe’s leadership extends far beyond systems. She has personally recruited, trained, and supported the team, helping create a culture built on trust, teamwork, and shared responsibility. Her calm approach, attention to detail, and willingness to support others make her someone colleagues naturally look up to and rely on.

What makes Chloe’s achievement even more inspiring is how she balances her professional responsibilities with family life. As a mother of two, including a child with complex medical needs, she continues to show extraordinary strength, commitment, and focus every single day. Her ability to manage both home and work life

with such consistency and care is something we truly admire and are immensely proud of.
